The Gazelli Café team once again demonstrated its professionalism by participating in the Golden Shah National Culinary Championship dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev. Our team brought back a cup, gold, and silver medals.
The jury of the championship included the judges of the World Chefs Association from all over the world: Italy, Great Britain, Serbia, the USA, Croatia, and others.
Although the national culinary championship Golden Shah has been held since 2019, this was the first year that Golden Shah took place as an official Worldchefs championship. This was an opportunity to ensure direct recognition by the international culinary community of the winners of the National Culinary Championship, the results of the competition, and the certificates of the practicing judges.
